underwhelming stay near the sea
low television volumepoor customer service
I was really hoping for a better experience, but i left feeling quite disappointed. the television volume was strangely low. I could barely hear it, even with my ear close to the speaker. the window also had a towel stuffed at the bottom. Condensation was a problem. i also found customer service lacking, especially when the lift was out of service, and staff seemed unwilling to assist properly.
